🛠️ We know shit happens: Normal wear and tear is fine, but if gear is lost or heavily damaged, you’ll be charged the full retail replacement value.
Damage & Responsibility
We get it — shit happens. Powder days get deep, trees get tight, and sometimes gear takes a hit. That’s part of riding hard.
- ✔️ Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs) is totally fine
- ❌ Major damage (core shots, broken bindings, cracked boards) may result in repair or replacement fees
- 💸 If gear is lost, stolen, or trashed beyond use — you’ll be charged the full replacement cost
Treat it like it’s your own. Ride it, enjoy it — just don’t wreck it.
